Troubleshooting Tips

No Internet Connection? 

Start with these basic steps:

1. Check internet connection on more than one of your devices to determine if the issue is with device or internet.  

B

Verify

 2. Verify both the router and PoE (power over internet)  injector are plugged in to power correctly. There should be a blinking light on the router, and a solid light on the PoE.

C

Reboot 

3. If powered, unplug both from power for 10 seconds, then plug back in. This reboot can take 10-15 minutes for everything to come back online.

Low Signal - Slow Speed ? 

Move closer to the router or switch between 2.4, and 5G network. If possible, connect via Ethernet. Make sure no one is streaming or gaming heavily on other devices.  Check for any background apps using bandwidth on your device.
