1. What areas does Mojo Broadband serve?

Our residential service is currently available in North Scottsdale, Desert Hills, Cave Creek, Carefree, Tonopah, Arlington, Apache Junction and Gold Canyon. Our commercial service is available in many parts of the Phoenix metro area including Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa, Tempe, Gilbert, Chandler, Tolleson, Goodyear, Peoria, and Buckeye. 2. What internet plans do you offer?

Mojo Broadband offers a range of affordable high-speed internet plans for both residential and commercial use. Residential speeds range from 100Mbps to 1 Gbps. Commercial speeds range from 100 Mbps to 10 Gbps.

 

3. Does Mojo Broadband have a price lock guarantee?

While we don't have a price guarantee, we have not raised prices in 10 years. During that same period, we've increased speeds over 10 X for the same prices. So you could say we've lowered prices.

 

4. Do I need a phone line or cable to get Mojo Broadband?

Nope! Our service is completely wireless, so there’s no phone line or cable required. We use advanced fixed wireless technology to deliver high-speed internet directly to your location.

5. Does Mojo Broadband have data caps?
No, we do not have data caps of any kind. Many of the large providers have data caps. Some charge extra after the monthly limit has been reached. Others just throttle speeds significantly after the limit has been reached.

6. How is Mojo Broadband different from other providers?

Unlike the big names, we’re locally owned, customer-focused, and committed to fair pricing with no hidden fees. We offer superior support, faster setup times, and a network built for performance in Arizona’s terrain.

 

7. Is there a contract required?

We offer both contract and no-contract plans, depending on your needs. Our no-contract options give you the flexibility to cancel anytime without penalties.

 

8. What equipment do I need?

We provide everything you need. Our technician will install a small outdoor antenna and indoor Wi-Fi router. You just need a power source and a device to connect.

 

9. Can I use Mojo Broadband for streaming and gaming?

Absolutely. Our network supports 4K streaming, online gaming, video conferencing, work from home VPN, and more. If you're a gamer or streamer, we can recommend the best plan to match your usage.

 

10. How long does installation take?

Most installations are completed within 3–5 business days after signup. Our professional team will handle everything—quickly and cleanly.

 

11. How do I sign up?

It’s easy! Just call us, email, or fill out our online form. We’ll verify your address, recommend the best plan, and schedule your install.
